EasyAIBuddy provides free browser-based tools and runs small tests of product ideas. This page explains how we handle information.

Free tools and your workbench

Action-plan answers, workflow inputs, calculator assumptions and idea-planning details are processed in your browser and are not submitted to our server. When you choose Save to my workbench, the selected output and any checklist progress are stored in local storage in this browser on this device. There is no account or cross-device sync. You can delete individual items or clear the workbench from /workspace, or remove site data in your browser. Export anything important before clearing browser data. Do not enter secrets or confidential personal or business information, and avoid saving on shared devices. If you copy a prompt into an AI service, that service processes it under its own policies.

The CSV cleaner, text comparison tool and workbench restore read selected files or pasted text locally in your browser. They do not upload files or text to us. Downloads and JSON backups are files on your device; a backup can include the source text you chose to save. Keep backups private. Restoring a backup is an explicit merge into local storage, not an upload or account login.

What we collect

Your email address, only if you type it into a waitlist form. If you pre-order, Stripe takes your payment details and sends us your name, email and the amount; we never see your card number. Our host keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and time) for security.

What we use it for

To email you about the one product you signed up for: once if we build it, once if we decide not to, and about your order if you buy. We do not sell your information, add you to unrelated lists or share it, except with the services that run this site (hosting, and Stripe if you pay) or when the law requires.

Cookies and trackers

The public tools and product test pages set no cookies and load no analytics, ads or third-party scripts. The workbench uses local storage only when you explicitly save an output or update a saved checklist.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your address until you ask us to delete it or the project ends and we delete the list. Write to support@easyaibuddy.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
