Questions and feedback

Email support@easyaibuddy.com. Tell us which tool you used, what you expected and what happened. A browser name and a screenshot with personal details removed can help. We do not promise a response time.

For a feature request, describe the task you repeat, what you do today and what a useful result would look like. Please do not send passwords, API keys, private customer records or confidential files.

Before you write

• For a missing saved item, check that you are in the same browser and device. Workbench items are not synced to an account.
• For a download, check the browser’s downloads list and file permissions. Copy is also available for text results.
• For CSV problems, check the separator and export your source as UTF-8 CSV. Keep the original file.

Privacy requests

Local workbench data can be deleted directly from My workbench or your browser’s site-data settings. We cannot retrieve it. For an email submitted to a product waitlist, contact us from that email address to ask for removal. Read the privacy policy.
