EasyAIBuddy organizes your thinking. It uses templates and simple rules, not a live AI model. You choose whether to use the prompt in an assistant, and you review its answer.
1. Choose a small, reversible job
Pick a customer reply, a week of tasks or a meeting summary. Leave sensitive data out. Replace names with roles and remove addresses, passwords, private financial information and other identifiers.
2. Give it the facts
A useful brief says what you need, who it is for, what is true, and what the output should look like. “Write an email” is vague. “Ask our supplier to confirm delivery by Friday; keep it friendly and under 150 words” is something you can judge.
3. Build and try your prompt
Choose one of the 12 workflows. Fill in your context and source material, then copy the prompt into an AI assistant you already use. EasyAIBuddy does not connect to that account. Check the provider’s current privacy settings before pasting anything there.
4. Review before you use it
- Are the names, dates, amounts and claims correct?
- Did it invent a policy, promise, source or achievement?
- Does it sound like you, and does it answer the actual question?
- Is anything private or inappropriate for the audience?
Ask for a revision with a specific instruction, such as “Make the request clearer and remove the promise about delivery.” You make the final decision.
5. Measure the whole job
Time the brief, generating the answer and editing it. Compare that total with your usual approach. Use the calculator to explore the assumptions, then replace estimates with what you observe. If review takes longer than the task used to take, try a smaller task or stop.
6. Keep what works
Choose “Save to my workbench” to store a useful output locally. You can copy, download or delete it from My workbench. Nothing syncs between devices. Browser cleanup may remove it, so export anything important. Avoid saving on a shared device.
Do useful work without an AI assistant
Clean a CSV to remove blank rows, trim spaces and optionally remove exact duplicates. Choose the correct separator, keep the original file and review the preview. Quoted commas and multiline fields are supported. Export protection prefixes formula-like cells with an apostrophe, including negative numbers; turn it off only for a trusted import that needs unchanged values. CSV cannot preserve spreadsheet formatting or formulas as a workbook does.
Compare two drafts to see added and removed lines. This is a text comparison, not a fact check. If you ignore whitespace, changes to indentation and repeated spaces will not appear as differences.
Keep a portable backup
In My workbench, “Export all .md” creates a readable copy. “Back up as JSON” preserves saved outputs and checked tasks for restoring in another browser. Choose “Restore backup,” select the JSON file and review the item counts before merging. Existing items and their current checklist progress are kept. Neither option uses an account or cloud storage.
